Welcome to my music blog. You might be wondering about the name. It was inspired by a moment in early 2024 when Murder on the Dancefloor by Sophie Ellis Bextor suddenly went viral again, thanks to its iconic feature in the film Saltburn.

This track has always been one of my all time favourite songs. I first fell in love with it as a 15 year old back in 2002, and seeing a whole new generation discover it sparked something in me. It made me reflect on how many songs I have forgotten over the years — songs I loved deeply but somehow let slip away.

That moment inspired me to create this blog. I am here to revisit unforgettable music from the past, rediscover hidden gems, and explore new artists and music genres I have missed, especially from the 2020s where my listening habits have fallen a bit behind.

Whether you are here to explore nostalgic throwbacks, find underrated songs, or discover fresh new music, you are in the right place. Let us dive into this musical journey together. https://sovrn.co/10mj5gk
